Refund Policy

We operate a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Fraudulent Orders
Refunds will not be processed for orders that are confirmed to be fraudulent or unauthorized, such as when payment details are stolen or misused. Any additional fees incurred from such transactions (e.g., bank chargeback fees) may also be the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your current item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
